Let's get down to business.
Based on our Discovery session, we will have decided whether you need a comprehensive marketing strategy or a well-rounded marketing plan. When you book the Marketing Matrix solution, we will deep dive into your business and create a road map to keep your business aligned. The full process takes about two weeks and includes:
a two-hour workshop to discuss the various elements of the strategy, business model and objectives,
market research, SWOT, target audience defined, 4 Ps of marketing
audit of existing marketing assets,
budget allocation,
development of the full plan,
presentation and one round of edits.
After this process, you will receive a comprehensive marketing plan for six months which you can action and measure your success.

SUPPORT MATRIX
Let's work together on a retainer.
For a fraction of the cost of a full-time marketing director, Marketing Matrix can meet with your teams regularly and measure their marketing efforts and pivot strategies based on results. We also act as a temporary or freelance marketing resource when needed. The scope of the plan and frequency of meetings will formulate the retainer fees. Includes an online system which allows for precise tasks and deadlines to ensure the team are on track (only for large scale projects with up to 5 team members). This online support is a great option to keep your team accountable and keep them on the plan.

weekly or monthly check-in's to optimise and review plan progress;
